IMPORTANT ART INFO
QUALITY AND SCARCITY
Elliott has always been an Artist, with four decades of commitment behind him.
Many of his images take hundreds of hours to create.
His output is below that of most painters, less than a Dali or Renoir, for example.
Consistency of excellence, however, is unsurpassed. Many pieces are already difficult or impossible to get.
These are the world's most beautiful, evolved and exclusive works of art.

ELLIOTT ORIGINALS
The number declared is the actual number in the world. There are no proofs and no 'open editions'.
Elliott does not release extra editions in different sizes, processes, etc, as is common practice.
Elliott refers to his works as ORIGINALS as he has never, ever released more than 10 pieces from an image.
This is borrowed from painting and sculpture where less than 12 examples are called 'originals' and not 'multiples'.
Elliott has created every single original himself. No assistants. No printers.
Originals usually vary from one to the next, in size, shade, colour, paper, process, mount, frame, etc.

Often quite dramatically. For example, there may be completely diferent sizes or print types, within the stated number.

ONE-OFFS + NUMBER OF ORIGINALS
Number released from an image as follows:
1967 - 1987 - Maximum 10 - Minimum 1 1987 - 2007 Maximum 8 - Minimum 1 2007- Maximum 6 - Minimum 1
The most common number released is ONE. The average is around THREE.

PROCESSES
Elliott has only ever used 2 processes. Cibachrome up until the mid Nineties and Giclée from then on.
The Cibas are all vintage and printed decades ago, which of course, gives an additional rarity factor.
They are on the Deluxe version. Likewise, the giclées are on the highest quality materials with archival inks.
Elliott is a world class master printer.
